Sugar Shack Maple Pancakes
¼ de tasse de beurre
1 tasse sirop d’érable
½ - ¾ de tasse du farine
sel
1. Melt the butter in the hot maple syrup.
2. Take the maple syrup off the heat and add the flour and salt.
3. Oil a skillet and drop the batter in by spoonfuls.
4. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, turning pancakes halfway through.
Serve warm or cold with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
